Pricing and payment

What do I give up by skipping the monthly plan?

Scheduled updates, security monitoring, automated backups, and monthly work time. You also skip the CRM, lead automation, and reporting that come with Core and Pro. Hosting is not what you give up. Ongoing care is.

What is the monthly fee for?

Hosting, security, backups, monitoring, and a set amount of update time each month. It applies to the packages, not the basic one-time website. Entry is $149 per month, Core is $299, and Pro is $499.

How do payments work?

Fixed-price projects take a deposit before work starts, typically 50%, or $250 on the $500 basic website. The remaining balance is due at completion and must be paid before the site goes live. Monthly plans are billed in advance.

Which option is right for my business?

The basic website suits someone who needs to exist online and will maintain it themselves. Entry adds ongoing care so you do not have to. Core adds a private CRM, booking, and lead automation, and fits most local businesses. Pro adds custom workflows, advanced reporting, and priority support.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes. Recurring plans can be cancelled by giving written notice before your next billing cycle.

What happens to my site if I cancel?

You keep your domain and the custom design and copy built for you. You take over hosting, backups, security patches, and domain administration yourself.

Timelines and process

6 answers

How long does a website take to build?

Standard website packages take 7 to 10 business days, counted from the date we have all your materials and your deposit.

What do you need from me before you start?

A completed onboarding questionnaire, your text copy, branding assets, imagery, and access to any accounts we need. The clock starts when those arrive.

What happens if I am slow sending materials?

The timeline moves back by however long it takes. Nothing else about the project changes.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds of focused revisions during the review stage. Those cover layout, typography, imagery, and copy within the original scope.

What if I want changes outside the original scope?

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately as a change order, or billed at standard hourly rates.

What does the process look like?

Four steps. Discovery, where we get clear on your business and goals. Design and build. Review and refine, where you give feedback. Then launch and support.

What is included

8 answers

What services do you offer?

Three. Website design, AI assistants that answer customers for you, and business automation, which includes custom CRM systems.

How many pages do I get?

Entry includes up to 5 pages, Core up to 10, and Pro up to 15 plus campaign pages.

Do you write the copy?

Yes. Conversion-focused copy is part of every website package. You supply the raw information about your business and we write from that.

Will my site work well on phones?

Yes. Every site is built mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets, and desktops.

What is an AI assistant?

A chat assistant that reads what a customer is actually asking, answers right away in your business's voice, and knows when to hand the conversation to you.

What does business automation actually mean?

Workflows that move information between the tools you already use, so nobody is copying data by hand. A form submission can create a CRM record, alert you, and open a follow-up task on its own.

Do I get a CRM?

Core and Pro include a private lead and customer CRM. Entry does not.

Do you handle SEO?

Basic local SEO and analytics are included in every package. Foundational technical SEO and search-friendly metadata are standard on every website we build.

Ownership, hosting, and support

4 answers

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do, once final payment clears. That covers the custom front-end design, layout, and copy created for your project. We keep our own pre-existing code libraries and internal tooling.

Who owns the domain name?

You do. You purchase the domain yourself and retain direct ownership of it, so it stays in your name and your control.

Where is my site hosted?

We host it, on either the basic website or a care plan. Care plans add SSL renewal, automated backups, security monitoring, and routine platform maintenance on top of the hosting itself.

How much support time is included each month?

Entry includes 30 minutes of updates, Core includes 90 minutes of adjustments, and Pro includes 3 hours plus priority support.
