Privacy notice

This notice explains what Kerr Digital Marketing collects when you contact us, why we use it, and how you can control future messages.

Effective August 8, 2026

Information we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, service interest, project details, preferred contact method, and communication permission choices. We may also receive limited technical information such as your browser type, referring page, and submission time for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

  • Respond to your request and arrange a consultation.
  • Prepare, deliver, and support services you request.
  • Maintain customer and project records in our CRM.
  • Send messages permitted by the choices you make.
  • Protect the website and diagnose technical problems.

Text and email choices

Text-message permission and marketing-email permission are optional. If you choose Text as your preferred contact method, you must expressly give text-message permission. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us. Declining marketing does not prevent us from replying to a request you sent.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for website hosting, security, workflow automation, email, calendar scheduling, and customer management. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or when needed to protect our rights and systems.

Cookies and technical data

We use privacy-focused website analytics to understand page views, referring websites, broad region, and site performance. Our own analytics stores daily totals and does not retain IP addresses, user-agent strings, cookies, or persistent visitor identifiers. Vercel and our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data needed to deliver, secure, and measure the site.

On public pages, the Google tag loads in Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Before you allow analytics, Google Analytics does not read or write analytics cookies, although Google may receive limited, cookie-free signals such as consent status and basic request or device information. We do not use advertising cookies through this website.

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. It may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source, and interactions, and may set cookies including _ga. You can decline analytics without affecting the website and can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control.

Private creative-brief pages are excluded from our analytics so their private link tokens are not recorded. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking through this website.

Retention and security

We retain contact and project information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and questions

To ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a communication permission, or ask a privacy question, email justin@kerrdm.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes. We may update this notice as our services change.
